SUBJECT: County of Fresno—Final One Year Extension of Agreement No. 21-222, as amended by
Agreement No. 22-579
Dear Mr. Schofield,
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of a one-year extension request of Agreement No. 21-222, as
amended by No. 22-579,with the Fresno County Probation Department,which was approved by the
Fresno County Board of Supervisors on June 22,2021 and allowed for the option of two consecutive one-
year extensions upon written approval of both parties,authorizing the Chief Probation Officer or his
designee to execute such written approval on behalf of the County.
The Department has reviewed the performance of B.I. Incorporated in operating a Day Reporting Center
and administering financial questionnaires to in-custody,Pretrial eligible defendants, and found
performance to be satisfactory. Therefore,I would like to extend Agreement No. 21-222, as amended by
No. 22-579, from July 1,2025 through June 30, 2026. If you, as the signing authority for B.I.
Incorporated would also like the Agreement to be extended as stated,please complete the second page of
this form, and return this letter by May 23,2025, or as soon as possible to:
