Make the following changes to the plans and specifications or do work not in the plans and specifications for
this contract. Because of the change(s), 56 -WORKING DAYS will be added to the contract time for the First
Order of Work. The completion date for the First Order of Work is July 24, 2025.
GRANT A TIME EXTENSION:
This change was requested by the contractor.
Grant a time extension of 56 working days to the First Order of Work, Submittals due to the
Departments review and approval time exceeding the 10 working days (contract requirements) for
several different submittals. The time extensions shall apply according to Section 8-1.07B, "Time
Adjustments," of the Special Provisions.
NET COST THIS CHANGE ORDER: $0.00 (NO COST)
