The agreement referenced above allows for the option of one (1) extension upon written
approval of both parties and authorizes the Director of the Department of Social Services (DSS)
and the County of Fresno District Attorney (DA), or their designee, to execute such written
approval. The DSS seeks to confirm extending the agreement from July 1, 2025, through June
30, 2026.
