RE: One-Year Extension of Agreement No. 22-205
Dear Ms. Murphy:
Agreement No. 22-205, which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on May 17, 2022,
allows for the option of two one-year extensions upon written approval of both parties and
authorized by the Director to execute such written approval on behalf of the County.
Department staff have reviewed the performance of Exodus 24/7 Access Line Program in
providing the contracted services and find it continues to be satisfactory. Therefore, I would
like to extend the agreement from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. If you, as the signing
authority for Exodus 24/7 Access Line Program, would also like the agreement to be
extended as stated, please sign and date below and e-mail a copy of the signed letter to
Felicia Sandoval, Staff Analyst at fesandoval@fresnocountyca.gov by May 17, 2025.
