RE: One-Year Extension of Agreement No. 24-566
Dear Mr. Kessel,
Agreement No. 24-566, which was approved on November 1, 2024, allows for the option of
two one-year extensions upon written approval of both parties and authorized by the
CIO/Director of Information Technology to execute such written approval on behalf of the
County.
Department staff have reviewed the performance of CompuTrust Software Corporation in
providing the contracted services and find it continues to be satisfactory. Therefore, I would
like to extend the agreement from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. If you, as the signing
authority for CompuTrust, would also like the agreement to be extended as stated, please
sign and date below and e-mail a copy of the signed letter to Sean Patterson, Finance
Division Manager at spatterson@fresnocountyca.gov by June 30, 2025.
