Make the following changes to the plans and specifications or do work not in the plans and specifications for
this contract. Because of the change(s), THREE (3) -WORKING DAYS will be added to the contract time for
the First Order of Work. The completion date for the First Order of Work is May 2, 2025.
PERFORM LEAD AND ASBESTOS TESTING
This change was requested by the contractor.
In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work," of the Standard Specifications. Provide lead
and asbestos testing at both CSA 30 & CSA 32 project sites ahead of demolition activities to verify if additional
safety measures will need to be implemented. The contractor provided a vendor invoice and will be
compensated for proper mark-ups. Payment for this change will be made at specialist billing according to
Section 9-1.03, "Payment Scope," of the Special Provisions, resulting in an increase of$3,421.
NET COST THIS CHANGE ORDER: $3,421 INCREASE
NET TIME EXTENSION THIS CHANGE ORDER: THREE (3) -WORKING DAYS (FIRST ORDER OF WORK)
