RE: One-Year Extension of Agreement No. A-23-240
Dear Ms. Barahona:
Agreement No. A-23-240 which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on July 13,
2021, allows for the option of two one-year extensions upon written approval of both parties
and authorized by the Director to execute such written approval on behalf of the County.
Department staff have reviewed the performance of Youth Leadership Institute in providing
the contracted services and find it continues to be satisfactory. Therefore, I would like to
extend the agreement from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. If you, as the signing
authority for Youth Leadership Institute, would also like the agreement to be extended as
stated, please sign and date below and e-mail a copy of the signed letter to Ralph Acle, Staff
Analyst at racle@fresnocountyca.gov by May 31, 2025.
