Professional Services Agreement
This Professional Services Agreement(the "Agreement") is dated August 8, 2022 and is
between American Safety& Health Institute, Inc. (dba HSI Emergency Care, Inc., hereinafter
"HSI"), and the County of Fresno, a political subdivision of the State of California("Customer"
or"County").
HSI agrees to extend the Professional Service Agreement pricing expiring in August, 2025 for
another year. Pricing will remain consistent until August 2026 unless the parties come to
another agreement to extend the Professional Service Agreement again.
