RE: One-Year Extension of Agreement No. A-23-296 amended to A-24-533
Dear Ryan Banks:
Agreement No. A-23-296/A-24-533, which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on
June 20, 2023 and amended on October 8, 2024 to A-24-533, allows for the option of one
one-year extension upon written approval of both parties and authorized by the Director to
execute such written approval on behalf of the County.
Department staff have reviewed the performance of the Turning Point of Central California,
Inc in providing the contracted services and find it continues to be satisfactory. Therefore, I
would like to extend the agreement from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. If you, as the
signing authority for Turning Point of Central California, Inc would also like the agreement to
be extended as stated, please sign and date below and e-mail a copy of the signed letter to
Derek Miller, Staff Analyst at demiller@fresnocountyca.gov by April 1, 2025.
