SUBJECT: County of Fresno — Twelve-Month Extension of Agreement No. 22-213
Dear Ms. Eslinger,
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of a twelve-month extension request of Agreement
No. 22-213, with the Fresno County Probation Department, which was approved by the Fresno
County Board of Supervisors on May 17, 2022, and allowed for the option of two consecutive
twelve-month extensions upon written approval of both parties, authorizing the Chief Probation
Officer or his designee to execute such written approval on behalf of the County.
I have reviewed the performance of M.L. Eslinger & Associates in providing STC training for the
Probation Department and found it to be satisfactory. Therefore, I would like to utilize the first
extension of Agreement No. 22-213 from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. If you, as the
signing authority for M.L. Eslinger & Associates, would also like the Agreement to be extended
as stated, please complete the second page of this form, and return this letter by May 24,2025,
or as soon as possible to:
