Palm Ave. #119 Fresno, CA 93704 Transmitted via e-mail to: klamb(c)-reactschools.com SUBJECT: County of Fresno—Twelve-Month Extension of Agreement No. 22-213 Dear Ms. Lamb, The purpose of this letter is to inform you of a twelve-month extension request of Agreement No. 22-213, with the Fresno County Probation Department, which was approved by the Fresno County Board of Supervisors on May 17, 2022, and allowed for the option of two consecutive twelve-month extensions upon written approval of both parties, authorizing the Chief Probation Officer or his designee to execute such written approval on behalf of the County. I have reviewed the performance of React Medical Training in providing STC training for the Probation Department and found it to be satisfactory. Therefore, I would like to utilize the first extension of Agreement No. 22-213 from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.
