Elm Ave Fresno, CA 93706 Re: DBH Olive Ave Parapet Wall Inspection Findings and Recommendations Following the recent site inspection at DBH Olive Ave, we have documented an issue with the current installation of the plywood on the parapet wall. It was observed that the plywood does not extend fully to the existing decking and has been installed using mechanical attachment to the concrete wall. Due to the gap between the plywood wall and the extent of dry rot present, we recommend the removal of the existing plywood. In its place, we propose the installation of Tremply KEE Single Ply membrane, which will be adhered directly to the existing concrete wall. This is an approved application per Tremco guidelines and will not affect the warranty after completion. We trust this solution will address the identified issues effectively. Please let us know if you require any further information or if you would like to discuss this recommendation in more detail. LABOR SHORTAGE The construction business is currently experiencing a shortage of trained labor to perform the work.
