RE: One-Year Extension of Agreement No. 23-291
Dear Shawn Jenkins:
Agreement No. 23-291 which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 20, 2023,
allows for the option of two one-year extensions upon written approval of both parties and
authorized by the Director to execute such written approval on behalf of the County.
Department staff have reviewed the performance of WestCare California, Inc. in providing
the contracted services and find it continues to be satisfactory. Therefore, I would like to
extend the agreement frorn July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. If you, as the signing
authority for WestCare California, Inc. would also like the agreement to be extended as
stated, please sign and date below and e-mail a copy of the signed letter to Kari Larson,
Staff Analyst at: klarson(a)fresnocountVca.gov by May 9, 2025.
