RE: One-Year Extension of Agreement No. 23-293
Dear Joshua Richtel:
Agreement No. 23-293 which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 20, 2023,
allows for the option of two one-year extensions upon written approval of both parties and
authorized by the Director to execute such written approval on behalf of the County.
Department staff have reviewed the performance of Comprehensive Addiction Programs,
Inc. in providing the contracted services and find it continues to be satisfactory. Therefore, I
would like to extend the agreement from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. If you, as the
signing authority for Comprehensive Addiction Programs, Inc. would also like the agreement
to be extended as stated, please sign and date below and e-mail a copy of the signed letter
to Kari Larson, Staff Analyst at: klarson(cDfresnocountyca.gov by May 9, 2025.
