Department staff have reviewed the performance of Mental Health Systems, Inc. dba TURN Behavioral Health Services in providing the contracted services and find it continues to be satisfactory. Therefore, I would like to extend the agreement from July 1 , 2025, through June 30, 2026. If you, as the signing authority for Mental Health Systems, Inc. dba TURN Behavioral Health Services, would also like the agreement to be extended as stated, please sign and date below and e-mail a copy of the signed letter to Michelle Kasten, Staff Analyst at mkasten@fresnocountyca.gov by May 9, 2025.
