RE: One-Year Extension of Agreement No. A-23-452
Dear Honorable Houry A. Sanderson:
Agreement No. A-23-452, which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on September
5, 2023, allows for the option of one one-year extension upon written approval of both
parties and authorized by the Director to execute such written approval on behalf of the
County.
Department staff have reviewed the performance of the Superior Court of California, County
of Fresno in providing the contracted services and find it continues to be satisfactory.
Therefore, I would like to extend the agreement from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. If
you, as the signing authority for Superior Court of California, County of Fresno, would also
like the agreement to be extended as stated, please sign and date below and e-mail a copy
of the signed letter to Melissa Caldwell, Staff Analyst at mcaldwell@fresnocountyca.gov by
April 1, 2025.
