SUBJECT: County of Fresno One-Year Extension of Agreement#22-249
Dear Mr, Alvarez,
The County of Fresno ("County") and Fitzgerald, Alvarez, &Ciummo entered into Agreement
#22-249, effective July 1, 2022, for an initial three-year period, with an option to extend for two
(2) additional one-year extensions upon written approval of both parties, as amended by
agreement 23-055, (collectively, the "Agreement"), and authorized the County Administrative
Officer or his designee to execute such written approval on behalf of the County. The
Agreement states in Section 3, subsection A,that the Agreement may be extended for the first
one-year extension upon signed written approval of both parties no later than 180 days prior to
the first day of the next twelve (12) month extension period.
The County has reviewed the performance of Fitzgerald, Alvarez, & Ciummo in providing the
contracted services and find it continues to be satisfactory. Therefore, the County would like to
extend Agreement#22-249 from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Bath parties acknowledge and
agree to waive the provisions of Section 3, subsection A of the Agreement, which require a 180-
day notice for this extension. If you are the signing authority for Fitzgerald, Alvarez, & Ciummo,
and agree to waive the 180-day extension notice requirement, and would like the Agreement to
be extended as stated, please sign and date on the line below and return this letter by mail or
email as soon as possible, but no later than May 15, 2025, to the County at:

year, effective July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, and agrees to waive the 180-day written notice
requirement as specified in the Agreement#22-249.
= No, Fitzgerald, Alvarez, & Ciummo will not participate in the Agreement past the original
term of June 30, 2025 and the Agreement will terminate June 30, 2025.
