RE: One-Year Extension of Agreement No. 21-298
Dear Ms. Cesar-Morales,
Agreement No. 21-298, which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on August 10,
2021, allows for the option of two one-year extensions upon written approval of both parties
and authorized by the Director to execute such written approval on behalf of the County.
Department staff have reviewed your performance in providing the contracted services and
find it continues to be satisfactory. Therefore, I would like to extend the agreement from July
1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. If you, as the signing authority, would also like the
agreement to be extended as stated, please sign and date below and e-mail a copy of the
signed letter to Andrew Xiong, Staff Analyst at anxiong@fresnocountyca.gov by May 23,
2025.
