SUBJECT: County of Fresno —Three-Month Extension to Agreement No. P-24-507
Dear Joanna Litchenberg,
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of a three-month extension request of Agreement No.
P-24-507 with the Fresno County Probation Department, which was approved by the
Purchasing Manager on September 30, 2024, to allow for the period of July 20, 2024 through
April 30, 2025, and the option of a three-month extension, upon written approval of both parties,
authorizing the Chief Probation Officer to execute such written approval on behalf of the County.
I have reviewed the performance of Focus Forward, in providing in-custody and community-
based mentoring and case management services for at-risk youth during detention and re-entry,
and found it to be satisfactory. Therefore, I would like to extend the Agreement No. P-24-507
from May 1, 2025 through July 31, 2025. This is the only and final extension to this Agreement.
If you, as the signing authority for Focus forward would like the Agreement to be extended as
stated, please complete the second page of this form, and return this letter by May 1, 2025, or
as soon as possible to:
