Dear Brian,
The current contract providing accounting services on behalf of County as fiscal agent
for San Joaquin Valley Library System, public library cooperative will expire June 30,
2025. The County Librarian is approving of a one-year extension period for period
below.
Amended name change dated August 1, 2023. Change from Hudson Henderson and
Company Inc to Henderson CPAs Inc.
Contract number: A 22-043
Extension renewal: July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026
Per Agreement Section 3 (Term) of the contract dated January 18, 2022:
Extension renewal: Maximum of two (20 additional consecutive twelve (12) month
extension period.
