Because of the change(s), ZERO(0) -WORKING DAYS will be added to the contract time. REPLACE A 3" CROSS CONNECTION WITH TWO 3"TEE CONNECTIONS AND ADD TWO 3" x 1-1/4" SADDLES WITH CORP STOPS AT CSA 30; AND REPLLCE A 4" CROSS CONNECTION WITH TWO 4" TEE CONNECTIONS AND ADD TWO 4"x 1-1/4" SADDLES WITH CORP STOPS AT CSA 32—EXTRA WORK In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work,"of the Standard Specifications, replace a 3" cross connection with two 3"Tee connections and add two 3"x 1-1/4"saddles with corp stops at CSA 30 (El Porvenir) site; and replace a 4"cross connection with two 4"Tee connections and add two 4"x 1-1/4" saddles with corp stops at CSA 32 (Cantua Creek)site as per the attached Work Change Directives 001 and 002. Perform all work according to the applicable sections of the Standard Specifications, Special Provisions, and/or any other Specifications included in the contract documents. Compensation for this work will be made at a lumpsum agreed price of$6,000, according to Section 9-1.03, "Payment Scope,"of the Special Provisions. This agreed lumpsum price includes compensation for all labor, equipment, materials,tools, incidentals, markups, and profit, no additional compensation will be made. This amount will be paid as extra work. This extra work did not impact the critical path for the project, therefore, granting additional contract time was not warranted.
