DESCRIPTION:
Grant a time extension.
WHY:
The project completion date extended beyond the allotted contract time due to unsuitable
weather conditions and the additional time required for bidding out the sludging and hauling
portion of work for Pond No. 2. Therefore, it was necessary to grant a 708-working days' time
extension to the allotted contract time.
HOW:
A total of 708-working days' are being added to the allotted contract time in accordance with
Section 8-1.07B, "Time Adjustments," of the 2018 Standard Specifications. No additional
compensation will be made for this time extension.
COST:
$0.00 (No Cost)
