Because of the change(s), ZERO (0) -WORKING DAYS will be added to the contract time. PART I: TRANSPORT OWNER FURNISHED GENERATOR TO THE PROJECT SITE— EXTRA WORK This extra work was requested by the project manager. In accordance with Sub-section 2.25, "Changes to the Work," of Section 007200, "General Conditions," of the Project Manual, transport owner furnished generator from the storage facility located at 2909 S. Elm Avenue, Fresno, California, to the project site, 17626 E Manning Avenue, Reedley, California. Refer to the attached Exhibit A for the weight and dimensions. This work includes providing operator(s) and equipment to upload, transport, and off load the generator. Compensation for this work will be made at an agreed lumpsum price of$4,516.74 in accordance with Sub-section 2.25, "Changes to the Work, D2," of Section 007200, "General Conditions," of the Project Manual. This agreed price includes compensation for all labor, equipment, incidental, permits, markups, and profits, no additional compensation will be allowed thereafter for this work. This amount will be paid as extra work. This extra work did not impact the critical path for the project, therefore, granting additional contract time was not warranted. TOTAL COST PART I: $4,516.74 INCREASE TOTAL TIME EXTENSION PART I: ZERO (0) -WORKING DAYS PART II: OBTAIN BUILDING PERMIT— EXTRA WORK This compensation adjustment was requested by the contactor. In accordance with Sub-section 2.25, "Changes to the Work," of Section 007200, "General Conditions," of the Project Manual, obtain a building permit for the project. Compensation for this work will be made as the actual cost incurred, in accordance with Sub-section 2.58, "Building Permit and Other Permits," of Section 007200, "General Conditions," of the Project Manual. The total fees resulted in $10,540.52 (see attached Exhibit B), no additional compensation will be allowed thereafter. This amount will be paid as extra work. This compensation adjustment did not impact the critical path for the project, therefore, granting additional contract time was not warranted.
