Because of the change(s), 69 -WORKING DAYS will be added to the contract time. PART I: INCREASE/DECREASE/ELIMINATE ITEMS AT UNIT PRICES This compensation adjustment was proposed by the engineer. Item quantities in the Bid Book and subsequent change orders are estimates only. This part adjusts item quantities to the actual quantities used. In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work," of the Standard Specifications, pull four (4) 480 volt, 3 phase, circuits (two per controller board) and controls to the existing stand. Perform the work according to the applicable sections of the Standard Specifications and Special Provisions. Compensation for this work will be made at an agreed lumpsum price of$22,029.15, according to Section 9- 1.03, "Payment Scope," of the Special Provisions. This amount includes compensation for all labor, equipment, materials, traffic controls, incidentals, markups and profit, no additional compensation will be made. This amount will be paid through Bid Item No. 1, "Supplemental Work,"with no net increase to the contract. This work was performed after the substantial completion of the project, so granting additional contract time was not warranted. TOTAL COST PART II: $0.00 (PAID IN BID ITEM NO. 1) TOTAL TIME EXTENSION PART II: ZERO (0) -WORKING DAYS PART III: CAP EXISTING 10-INCH PIPE AND EXTEND 6-INCH PIPE FROM THE COUNTY OFFICE TO BELOW THE WATER LEVEL—EXTRA WORK This change was requested by the engineer. In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work," of the Standard Specifications, cap an exposed 10-inch pipe that affected the liner placement and extend 6-inch PVC pipe from the office building to below the water level in Pond 1. Perform the work according to the applicable sections of the Standard Specifications and Special Provisions. Compensation for this work will be made at an agreed lumpsum price of$6,071.50, according to Section 9-1.03, "Payment Scope," of the Special Provisions. This amount includes compensation for all labor, equipment, materials, traffic controls, incidentals, markups and profit, no additional compensation will be made. This amount will be paid through Bid Item No. 1, "Supplemental Work,"with no net increase to the contract. This work was performed after the substantial completion of the project, so granting additional contract time was not warranted. TOTAL COST PART III: $0.00 (PAID IN BID ITEM NO. 1) TOTAL TIME EXTENSION PART III: ZERO (0) -WORKING DAYS PART IV: GRANT A TIME EXTENSION Grant a time extension of 69-working days due to the additional time required for the consultant to provide information/decisions regarding the grade changes in Pond No. 1 due to unforeseen conditions (28 days) and for unsuitable weather conditions/wet subgrade (41 days). This time extension is being granted according to Section 8-1.07B, "Time Adjustments," of the Special Provisions.
