TERMINATION

On January 29, 2025, the County of Fresno sent a notice of termination of Agreement No. P-
24-115 with a termination of date February 28,2025. This addendum clarifies the due date for
all final invoices for services performed on the Agreement. The Department will continue to
process invoices for services conducted through February 28, 2025. Please submit all
invoices to the Department by March 31, 2025.
