FIRST AMENDMENT TO
SERVICES AGREEMENT
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT("First Amendment") is made to University of California, Davis
campus Agreement#INC1856617 ("Agreement") between THE REGENTS OF THE
UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA ("University") on behalf of its Davis campus, UC Davis
Continuing and Professional Education(the "Facility") and FRESNO COUNTY
DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES ("Client").
The above-referenced parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1. Term. Section 2 of the Agreement is hereby amended to extend the end of the Term to
June 30, 2025.
Except as modified above, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full
force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment on the dates set forth
below.
