HomeMy WebLinkAboutExecuted AMENDMENT_County_of_Fresno_9.4795.doc.pdf DocuSign Envelope ID: 119B7EC6-DE70-4606-B07B-E9FA8D9D5840 AMENDMENT TO SUBSEQUENT LICENSE AGREEMENT Contract No. 9.4795 COUNTY OF FRESNO IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED that the License Agreement entered into on July 26, 2021 between SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY, as "Licensor" and the COUNTY OF FRESNO, as "Licensee"("License Agreement"), and covering.46 acres of real property, located in the City of Shaver Lake, County of Fresno, State of California, as identified on Exhibit A, attached hereto, for the term commencing on the 1 st day of December 2022 and ending on the last day of November 2027, is hereby amended as follows: 3. CONSIDERATION: Upon the execution and delivery of this License Agreement,Licensee will pay to Licensor the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Four and 47/100 Dollars($1,274.47) for the .46 acres of real property,located in the City of Shaver Lake, County of Fresno, State of California, and as identified on Exhibit A, attached hereto, for the first two years of the License Agreement. Licensee will pay to Licensor the sum of Ten Thousand One Hundred Forty-Nine and 45/100 Dollars($10,149.45) on December 1, 2023 for the third year of said License Agreement,with subsequent annual payments through the term of the License Agreement, for the 3.57 acres of real property,which includes the original .46 acres of real property, located in the City of Shaver Lake, County of Fresno, State of California, as identified on Exhibit A, attached hereto. Payments to Licensor must be in the form of a check or money order payable to Southern California Edison Company.No cash payments will be accepted by Licensor. Payment schedule is as follows: Year Term Yearly Amount Payment Due First Day Of First Year 2022 $1,274.47 December Second Year 2023 $1,274.47 December Third Year 2024 $10,453.93 December Fourth Year 2025 $10,767.55 December Fifth Year 2026 $11,090.58 December Exhibit Map: The area of use by Licensee is being increased from .46 to 3.57 acres, as per the attached Exhibit A. Except as otherwise herein provided, it is mutually understood and agreed that all the terms, covenants, and conditions of said License Agreement executed on July 26,2021 should be and remain in full force and effect.
