Make the following changes to the plans and specifications or do work not in the plans and specifications for
this contract. Because of the change(s), ZERO (0) -WORKING DAYS will be added to the contract time.
INCREASE BID ITEM NO. 120 QUANTITY AT THE UNIT BID PRICE
This quantity increase was requested by the contractor.
In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work," of the Standard Specifications, increase
Bid Item No. 120, Rock Slope Protection (3001b, Class IV, Method B) quantity by 91 cubic yards to
correct the discrepancy between the estimated quantity in the bid proposal (Specifications) and actual
areas shown on the Project Plans. The correction was addressed in RFI (Request for Information) No.
6, attached. Payment for the increased quantity will be made at the unit bid price according to Section
9-1.03, "Payment Scope," of the Special Provisions. Total compensation for this work resulted in a
$54,600 increase.

This change did not impact the critical path for the project, therefore, granting additional contract time was not
warranted.

Business Office and perform all services necessary for the work above specified,and will accept as full payment therefore the
