SUBJECT: Final Twelve-Month Extension of Agreement #16-070, Operation and
Maintenance of Landfill Gas Collection and Control System,
Southeast Regional Disposal Site
In accordance with Article XXII of Agreement # 16-070, this letter serves as written
notice of the final twelve-month extension of the subject agreement. With this
extension, Agreement #16-070 is in effect through and including February 8, 2021.
