SUBJECT: Daily Rate Change Notice for Agreement A-24-394
Dear Chief Kelly M. Vernon,
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the updated daily rate for housing Tulare County's
youth at the Fresno County Juvenile Justice Campus under Agreement No. 24-394 with the
Fresno County Probation Department. The current daily rate of $380, as listed in the Fresno
County's Master Schedule of Fees (MSF) Section 1800-Probation under Subsection 1815, has
been amended to $420, effective November 5, 2024. For your convenience, the updated MSF
can be accessed via this link: County of Fresno - File #: 24-1147.
Pursuant to Agreement Section 2.1 ("Rates for Services"), the new daily rate fee of $420 will
become effective on December 5, 2024.
