PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 1
FISCAL OPTIMIZATION PROGRAM
This Participation Agreement Amendment No. 1 ("Amendment No. 1") is a contract by and between the
California Mental Health Services Authority("CaIMHSA") and Fresno County("Participant").
This Amendment No. 1 modifies the term of the initial Agreement No. 4981-FO-2023-FC, executed by
the Parties on January 3, 2024(the "Agreement")to extend the program term at no additional cost to
Participant, as detailed below.
All other terms and provisions of the Agreement, not cited in this Amendment No. 1, shall remain in full
force and effect.
Modified Program Term:The modified program term is January 1, 2024,through March 31, 2025.
