RE- One-Year Extension of County of Fresno Department of Behavioral Health
Agreement No. A-20-284 for Family Advocacy Services
Dear Ms. Flores.-
Agreement No. 20-284, approved by the Board of Supervisors on August 4, 2020,
superseding the original contract and retroactive to March 24, 2020, allows for the
option of two one-year extensions upon written approval of both parties and authorized
the Director to execute such written approval on behalf of the County.
Department staff have reviewed the performance of Reading and Beyond in providing
family advocacy services and find it continues to be satisfactory. Therefore, we would
like to extend the agreement for Fiscal Year 2024-2025, July 1, 2024, through June 30,
2025. If you, as the signing authority for Reading and Beyond, would also like the
agreement to be extended as stated, please sign and date on the line below and e-mail
a copy of the signed letter to Jennifer Mendoza, Staff Analyst at
iimendoza(wfresnocountVca.gGJ by May 3 1, 2024.
