Contract Number P-18-175-P covering Auto and Truck Parts is amended as follows:
The contract with your company expires September 11, 2019. The County of Fresno desires to extend
this contract for an additional one year period effective September 12, 2019 through September 6, 2020.
NAPA's pricing profile will remain firm. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect with
any contract renewals.
Include services to Public Works & Planning-Special Districts, 2220 Tulare Street, 6111 Floor, Fresno, CA
93702. The department contact is Daniel Vang (559) 600-4259. This amendment will be effective August
16, 2018 through the expiration date of the agreement. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force
and effect with any contract .renewals.
Maximum: In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of
Six Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Dollars ($667,000.00). Except as amended herein, all other terms
and conditions of the contract shall remain unaltered and the contract remains in effect, enforceable
against each of the parties and is hereby ratified and acknowledged by each of the parties.
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter to my
office, retaining a copy for your files.
