Dear Ms. Cesar-Morales,
Fresno County Agreement No. 21-298, which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on
4ugust 10, 2021, allows the option of two (2) twelve (12) month extensions upon written
approval of both parties no later than thirty (30) days prior to ithe frist day of the next twelve-
month extension period, July 1, 2024, and authorizes the Department of Behavioral-Health
Director, or designee, to execute such written approval on belhalf of the County.
