uponwrittenapprova\ ofbothpart(esno |aterthanthirtY (3O) daysprinrtothefirstdayofthenext
twelve-month extension period, and authorizes the Department of Behavioral Health Director, or
designee, to execute such written approval on behalf of the County. The Department of Behavioral
Health would like to exercise the first extension to the agreement above for the period of July 1, 2024
through June 30, 2025.
If you would like the Agreement to be extended as stated above, please sign the attached letter and
return at your earliest convenience. A scanned copy will be fine.
