RE: One-Year Extension of Agreement No. 21-298 for Interpretation and Translation Services
Dear Mr. Vargas,
Fresno County Agreement No. 21-298, which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on
August 10, 2021, allows the option of two (2) twelve (12) month extensions upon written
approval of both parties no later than thirty(30) days prior to the frist day of the next twelve-
month extension period, July 1, 2024, and authorizes the Department of Behavioral Health
Director, or designee, to execute such written approval on behalf of the County.
The Department of Behavioral Health would like to extend the agreement above for the period
of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. If you, as the signing authority, would also like the
Agreement to be extended as stated, please sign and date on the line below and and return this
letter by May 17, 2024 via email to solvang(a)_fresnocountyca.gov, or mail to:
