Make the following changes to the plans and specifications or do work not in the plans and specifications for
this contract. Because of the change(s), 203 -WORKING DAYS will be added to the contract time for the First
Order of Work. The revised completion date is May 2, 2025.
GRANT A TIME EXTENSION:
This time extension was requested by the contractor.
Grant a time extension of 203-working days to the "First Order of Work" due to the additional time
required for the submittals process, vendor acceptance of equipment/material orders, verification of
delivery dates and acknowledgment that equipment/materials are in conformance with the contract
requirements, particularly for the long-lead items. This time extension is being granted according to
Section 8-1.07B, "Time Adjustments," of the Special Provisions.
