Make the following changes to the plans and specifications or do work not in the plans and specifications for
this contract. Because of the change(s), ZERO (0) -WORKING DAYS will be added to the contract timeline.
PART 1: INCREASE/DECREASE/ELIMINATE ITEMS AT UNIT BID PRICES
This change was proposed by the engineer.
Quantities in the Bid Book are estimates only. This part adjusts items to the actual quantities used.

This change did not impact the critical path for the project,therefore, granting additional contract time was not
warranted.

PART 11: ADJUST COMPENSATION FOR THE SURPLUS TREES/PLANTS DUE TO THE LANDSCAPE
REVISIONS IN THE SELMA REGION
This compensation adjustment was requested by the contractor.
In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work," of the Standard Specifications, adjust
compensation for the additional trees/plants which were not planted due to the landscape revisions in
the Selma region. The surplus trees/plants were delivered to the City of Selma maintenance yard. This
compensation adjustment will be made at an agreed lumpsum price of$3,060.59(a cost breakdown
with standard mark-up was provided) according to Section 9-1.03, "Payment Scope," of the Special
Provisions. Total compensation for this work resulted in a $3,060.59 increase,this amount will be paid
as extra work.
