Unless otherwise stated in the"Additional Terms"section,this Order is entered into pursuant to,and the Services provided hereunder are governed by,
the Postman Terms of Service at https://www.postman.com/legal/terms/.Any applicable sales tax charges will appear separately on your invoice. It is
expressly agreed that the terms of this Order shall supersede the terms contained in any purchase order or other non-Postman ordering document or
correspondence,regardless of when such ordering document is received or if Postman signs such ordering document,and no terms included in any
such ordering document will have any effect on the obligations of the parties hereunder or otherwise modify this Order.
If this Order is executed after the Subscription Start Date listed above,the actual Subscription Start Date shall be upon delivery of licenses.The length
of the Subscription Term will then be calculated from the actual Subscription Start Date. For example,a one-year Subscription in this scenario would run
one full year from the date of delivery of the licenses.
Auto-Renewal.The subscription will automatically renew for a twelve(12)month period at Postman's then-current subscription fees at the time of
renewal.To opt out of the auto-renewal or change any terms of the subscription prior to renewal,Customer or Reseller must cancel auto-renewal
through their Account or contact renewals@postman.com at least 30 days before the end of the current subscription term.
EACH OF THE UNDERSIGNED REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT,BY THEIR SIGNATURE BELOW,THEY HAS BEEN DULY AUTHORIZED
BY THEIR RESPECTIVE PARTY TO SIGN THIS ORDER AND THEREBY BIND SUCH PARTY TO THE TERMS CONTAINED HEREIN.THIS ORDER
