1 AMENDMENT I TO AGREEMENT
2 THIS AMENDMENT, hereinafter referred to as Amendment I, is made and entered into this
3 18th day of June, 2024, by and between the County of Fresno, a Political Subdivision of the State of
4 California, hereinafter referred to as "County," and Mythics, LLC DBA Mythics Vill, LLC, a
5 corporation, whose address is 4525 Main Street, Suite 1500, Virginia Beach, VA, hereinafter referred
6 to as "Contractor."
7 Recitals:
8 The parties entered into that certain Agreement, identified as County Agreement No. A-22-587,
9 effective December 13, 2022, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"; and
10 The County engaged the Contractor for the purpose of migrating Fresno County Department of
11 Social Services databases from Oracle On-Premises Enterprise Business system to Oracle Cloud
12 Infrastructure Platform and provide continuous system monitoring upon successful database
13 migration; and
14 The parties desire to amend the Agreement regarding changes as stated below and restate the
15 Agreement in its entirety.
16 In consideration of their mutual promises, covenants and conditions, hereinafter set forth, the
17 sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
18 1. All references in the existing Agreement to "Mythics, Inc" shall be changed to read
19 "Mythics, LLC DBA Mythics VIII, LLC':
20 2. COUNTY and CONTRACTOR agree that this Amendment I is sufficient to amend
21 Agreement No. A-22-587 and, that upon execution of this Amendment I, the original Agreement, shall
22 together be considered the Agreement.
23 The Agreement, as hereby amended, is ratified and continued. All provisions, terms,
24 covenants, conditions and promises contained in this Agreement not amended herein shall remain in
25 full force and effect. This Amendment I shall become retroactively effective as of January 1, 2023.
