Subject: One-Year Extension of Agreement# 16-625
The First Amendment to Agreement# 16-625, which was approved by the Board of
Supervisors on October 18, 2016, allowed for the option of two one-year extensions
upon written approval of both parties no later than June 30, 2019, and authorized the
Special Districts Administrator to execute such written approval on behalf of the County.
I have reviewed the performance of RJW Enterprises in providing the contracted
services and find it continues to be satisfactory. Therefore, I would like to extend the
agreement to provide "Snow Removal Services on roads in CSA No. 35 Zones AS and
AT, the driveway from Solitude Lane to the Shaver Lake Wastewater Treatment Plant,
and Bretz Road from State Highway 168 to Slick Rock Lane" one year starting
November 1, 2019 and ending October 31, 2020. If you, as the signing authority for
RJW Enterprises, would also like the agreement to be extended as stated, please sign
and date on the line below and return this letter by June 30, 2019 to:
