RE: One-Year Extension of Agreement No. A-23-281
Dear Ms. Todd:
Agreement No. 23-281, which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 20,
2023, allows for the option of one one-year extension upon written approval of both
parties and authorized by the Director to execute such written approval on behalf of the
County.
Department staff have reviewed the performance of JDT Consultants, Inc. in providing
the contracted services and find it continues to be satisfactory. Therefore, I would like to
extend the agreement from June 30, 2024 through June 30, 2025. If you, as the signing
authority for JDT Consultants, Inc., would also like the agreement to be extended as
stated, please sign and date on the line below and e-mail a copy of the signed letter to
Maya Solano-McDaniel, Staff Analyst at msolanomcdaniel@_fresnocountyca.gov.
