The above referenced Agreement allows for automatic renewal of one additional consecutive
twelve-month period beyond the agreement's one-year term, upon written approval of both
parties prior to the current term completion, and authorizes the Department of Behavioral
Health Director, or designee, to execute such written approval on behalf of the Department.
The Department is seeking to renew the agreement from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.
