SUBJECT: County of Fresno—Three-Month Extension of Agreement No. P-23-481
Dear Ms. Price-Sharps,
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of a three-month extension request of Agreement No. P-23-481
with the Fresno County Probation Department, which was approved by the Fresno County Purchasing
Department on March 5, 2024,and allowed for the option of one three-month extensions upon written
approval of both parties, authorizing the Chief Probation Officer or his designee to execute such written
approval on behalf of the County.
I have reviewed the performance of Sierra Education and Research Institute in providing counseling to
offenders on probation or incarcerated at the County jail and conducting psychological assessments and
found it to be satisfactory.Therefore, I would like to utilize the three-month extension of Agreement No.
P-23-481 from June 15,2024,through September 14,2024. If you,as the signing authority for Sierra
Education and Research Institute,would also like the Agreement to be extended as stated, please
complete the second page of this form,and return this letter by May 10, 2024,or as soon as possible to:
