Department staff have reviewed the performance of Turning Point of Central California, Inc.'s CWMH program in providing the contracted services and find it continues to be satisfactory. Therefore, we would like to extend the agreement for Fiscal Year 2024- 2025, July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. If you, as the signing authority for Turning Point of Central California, Inc., would also like the agreement to be extended as stated, please sign and date on the line below and e-mail a copy of the signed letter to Huong Chung, Staff Analyst at hchungCa-)-fresnocountyca.gov.
