Re: One-Year Extension of Agreement No. A-23-240 for Substance Use Disorder Prevention
Services.
Dear Ms. Barahona,
Fresno County Agreement No. 23-240, which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on July 13,
2021, allows the option of two (2)twelve (12) month extensions upon written approval of both parties
no later than thirty (30) days prior to the frist day of the next twelve-month extension period, July 1,
2024, and authorizes the Department of Behavioral Health Director, or designee, to execute such
written approval on behalf of the County based on satisfatory performance.
The performance of Youth Leadership Institute, Inc. has been reviewed and determined to be
satisfactory.
The Department of Behavioral Health would like to extend the Agreement above for the period of
July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. If you, as the signing authority for Youth Leadership Institute,
Inc., would also like the agreement to be extended as stated, please sign and date below and return
this letter by May 26, 2024 to mprichard(d_)fresnocountyca.gov or mail to:
