Contract Number P-19-003-P covering Law enforcement uniforms is amended as follows:
Include services to County of Fresno District Attorney 's Office 2220 Tulare St., Suite 1000 Fresno CA
93721 . The department contact is Liz Jacobsen at (559) 600-4448 . This amendment will be effective
October1, 2019 through the expiration date of the agreement. Amendment provisions shall remain in full
force and effect with any contract renewals.
Maximum: In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of
nine hundred twenty-nine thousand dollars, ($929 ,000.00).
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of this letter to my office via email or USPS ,
retaining a copy for your files .
