1) All capitalized terms have the meanings given to them in Agreement#23-168 effective
4/1/2023 between County of Fresno,Public Defenders Office ("Agency")and San Joaquin
College of Law("SJCL")
2) The Parties agree to Amend the Agreement as follows:
A.The term of the contract is extended from April 1,2024,to March 31, 2025.

3) All terms and conditions of the original Agreement remain in full force and effect.
