As a result, there's a lack of d igita I literacy .... " ( https://w ww .dailydot.com/ debug/fresno-silicon-va lley-s iii con- va lley/) Lack of connectivity is even scarcer in our rural communities. Offering free access to VR will provide positive experiences with new technology for the community. d.The Kerman Branch will benefit from new Oculus Rift equipment. Located 15 miles from Fresno, Kerman is known for almond production. The community of 14,424 people has a poverty level of 24.9%.
