Re: Agreement No. A-23-535 for website hosting services for external and internal County websites.
To Whom It May Concern,
The Agreement referenced will terminate on February 6, 2024, if the option of a one-year extension is
not executed by both parties. The Fresno County Board of Supervisors have authorized the Director
of Internal Services/Chief Information Officer to execute such approval on behalf of the County.
This letter serves as a request to exercise a one-year extension of the Agreement through February
6, 2025. As the signing authority for Granicus, LLC., please indicate your willingness to continue with
this Agreement. Please complete the bottom section of this letter by February 2, 2024 and email it to
Erin Jones at ejones@fresnocountyca.gov. Please note, the original signed response does not need
to be mailed to us.
